Friday, Feb. 20 : Meet at the building at 7:45 a.m. So we can LEAVE at 8:00 a.m.
Sunday, Feb. 22 : We will return at approximately 5:00. We will try to call before we get there.

Make sure you bring at least $30 for food. The amount of spending money you bring is up to you.

WHAT TO BRING:

® Bible
® Change of clothes for Saturday and Sunday (You do not have to bring dress clothes). Jeans are fine, if it is warm enough you can wear shorts (modest).
® Toiletries (shampoo, toothpaste, toothbrush, deodorant, etc.)
® Pillow (optional-good for on the bus ride)
® Movies for the bus. (G or PG)
® $30.00 for food (6 meals x $5.00, but things are more expensive in the Burg!)
® Open Heart and a Christ-like attitude
This weekend can be life-changing if you allow God to work!!!
Guidelines

1. There will be at least one chaperone in each room.
2. No one is to go off by themselves. Need to be three or more in a group.
3. No tobacco, drugs or alcohol or other harmful activities allowed on this (or any of our trips).

Heart 2 Heart- Will be rescheduled for March
No Bible Bowl Practice this Sunday- will have practice during class on Wednesday in a downstairs classroom of the church

Expressions/Scavenger Hunt Cancelled

Due to weather, Expressionsfor our teen group, (as far as I know Expressions is still happening tonight)is cancelled for tonight. If you still want a free ticket to go for Friday or Saturday night, let me know ASAP. Due to questionable road conditions the scavenger hunt, scheduled for Friday night, will be postponed to a later date. We are still having the Super Bowl Party Sunday starting at 5:00 at the home of Gene and Joyce Wharton. Parents are welcome to attend. I hope you are all enjoying your week off of school and
taking advantage of the snow.

Expressions and Scavenger Hunt!

If you would like to go to Expressions for free on Thursday Night, call Ryan or let him know by Wednesday night. I will meet whoever wants to go to Expressions at the theater at 7:00. Also, we will be having a scavenger hunt Friday from 5:30 to 8:00.We will meet at the teen house at 5:30 and enjoy some pizza together. Please bring a 2-liter to share. We do still need some parents who are willing to drive for this event. These are always a blast and a great opportunity to bring friends. Also, don't forget about the Super Bowl Party staring at 5:00 at the Wharton's house this Sunday. Parents you are more than welcome to attend.

Bowling Night

We are having a Bowling Night this Friday from 6-8 at Emerson Bowling Lanes. Bring $9 for bowling and money to buy food at the alley(if you want food). Bring a friend or whatever and enjoy some good times.

Heart 2 Heart Game Night

Heart 2 Heart will be a Game Night at the Ice's on Monday, January 5th from 6:30 to 8:30. Please brings board games and friends.

New Year's Eve Lock-In!

Make plans to come to the church building for the New Year's Eve Lock-in. When is this you ask, Luke and Eleanor? Dec.31 at 9:00 until Jan.1 at 8:00 Am. Bring a 2-liter and snack item to share. We will have games, a devotional, Wii, ping- pong, Balderdash, Do you love your neighbor?, and much more! Bring friends, Bring aquaintances, Bring cousins, bring enemies, but especially bring yourself! This will be a great time!

Progressive Dinner!

The Progressive dinner is Friday Dec.19 from 5:30 to 10. You need to sign up in the teen house if you are going to attend and let us know if you are bringing an appetizer or dessert. We still need a few parents to volunteer to have teens in their home for the main course. More details were sent out by snailmail over a week ago. Any questions, let me know.

Girls! Help Needed

Youth Group Girls: The daughters of the King could use some help this Sunday with their Christmas project at the Wyngate. You will meet at the church building at 12:45 and return around 2. They need several of you to volunteer. Please let Ryan know if you can help with this project.

Guys' Night!

This Friday will be the Guys' all-night party @ the Ice's. Come starting at 8 0'clock and play games, watch movies, and play ping-pong. Please bring a 2-liter and some type of snack food to share. Pick up on Saturday is by noon. You may want to bring a sleeping bag and pillow.
Don't forget tonight is Heart 2 Heart from 6:30 to 7:30 @ the Ice's.

No Revolution Sunday!

There will be no Bible Bowl or Revoluition this Sunday! Enjoy your week off from school. Have a Happy Thanksgiving and go ahead consume a lot of FOOD! I will!

Awaken Student Conference

We will be meeting Friday at the Youth House @ 6:00 to go to Blennerhassett Middle School for the rally. We will arrive back at the youth house for pick up at 9:00.
If you have signed up already but have not paid you need to bring $25 with you. If you did not sign up, but still wish to go to the rally you need to bring $35.
Saturday we will meet at the youth house at 8:30AM and arrive back at 9:45 PM. We will be going to the mall food court for dinner. You will need to bring your own money for this and we may a short amount of time to do some shopping.
Sunday we will meet at the youth house at 9:00 and return around 12:00.

Heart 2 Heart will be tonight at the Ice's (202 37th st.) from 6:30 -7:30!

Girls' Sleepover

Girls! Don't forget: Tonight Jessie has invited all the teen girls for a sleepover. Bring your sleeping bags and have a great night hanging out and watching movies. Come at 8PM and pick up will be on Tuesday (Veteran's Day) at noon.

5th Quarter!

We will have a 5th Quarter this Friday @ the Youth House from 9-11:30. Pool, ping-pong, PS2, Wii, Balderdash, & Don't forget $2 for pizza. Be there!

VOLLEYBALL!

This Sunday, we will meet at the North Campus Gym with the 36th st. youth group to play volleyball and enjoy fellowship from 2-5. Please make plans to attend, it should be a lot of fun! Parents need to drop off and pick up at OVU's NC gym. There wiil be no Bible Bowl this week and this time will replace our normal Revolution.

There will be a Cook Out at the Youth House /Student Center this Saturday evening from 6-8pm!
